What's the cost of delivery?

Orders which have a cart value of over R1000 will get free courier door-to-door delivery anywhere in South Africa.

Orders with a cart value below R1000 will have a delivery fee of just R99 for door-to-door courier delivery anywhere in SA.

How long will delivery take?

Orders confirmed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Once an order is dispatched the delivery timeframe depends on your location.

Main cities of SA will be 1 - 3 working days.

Non-main cities: 2 - 5 working days.

Rural/ outlying regions: 3 - 7 working days.

Tracking information will be sent to your email so that you can see the updates and estimated delivery times.

Do you accept returns?

Absolutely! If you're not happy with your goods then please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we can arrange to return the order to us for a full refund.

What secure payment options do you offer?

You will have the option to make secure payment via credit card, debit card, instant EFT, QR Code payments or By-Now-Pay-Later.
